  1. BRACK--@.EXE is about to decompress the files needed to run
  2. Bracketter.  Bracketter is a Windows application that creates
  3. complete single and double elimination tournament brackets.
  4. After the files are decompressed read the READ1ST.wri file to get
  5. instructions on the setting up and running Bracketter.

  7. WARNING to ensure that your files, that have the same names as the 
  8. Bracketter files, aren't written over, run this decompression program 
  9. "BRACK--@.EXE" form an empty directory.
